1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ElectroRenew software, platform, or associated services ("Service"), you confirm that you are an authorized representative of an enterprise partner account and that your organization has entered into a valid partnership or access agreement with Electro Renew SAS.

If you do not have an authorized enterprise agreement, you must immediately cease use and contact us at halas@electrorenew.fr.

3. Description of the Service

ElectroRenew is an internal enterprise software platform for authorized mobile device technicians. It provides:

• Automated hardware diagnostic testing (59+ tests) for iOS and Android devices
• Device preparation and quality certification workflows
• Data-erasure verification with compliance certification (ADISA / NIST 800-88)
• Real-time operational logs accessible to authorized supervisors
• Role-based technician authentication and access control
• PDF report generation with QR-code verification

The Service is deployed exclusively through Apple Business Manager, enterprise MDM systems, or private partner channels. It is not available for public download or consumer use.

4. Enterprise Access & Authorization

Access to ElectroRenew requires a valid enterprise partner agreement. Authorized access channels include:

• Apple Business Manager (ABM) — for iOS device management integration
• Enterprise MDM systems — corporate deployment via Mobile Device Management
• Private partner channels — direct agreements with Electro Renew SAS

Access credentials are issued per organization and per technician. Credentials may not be shared, transferred, or used by unauthorized personnel.

5. Authorized Use

Authorized enterprise users may use ElectroRenew solely for:

• Internal mobile device diagnostics within their organization
• Quality certification of devices processed by certified technicians
• Generating compliance-grade reports for internal records and audits
• Workflow management of device preparation processes

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the platform
• Using the platform to process devices outside the scope of the enterprise agreement
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software
• Circumventing access controls or authentication mechanisms
• Using the platform for consumer-facing services without prior written approval

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, interfaces, documentation, and content within ElectroRenew are the exclusive property of Electro Renew SAS. No rights are transferred to enterprise partners beyond the limited operational license granted under their enterprise agreement.

Diagnostic reports generated by the platform belong to the enterprise partner organization that generated them, subject to the terms of the applicable enterprise agreement.

7. Data Processing

ElectroRenew processes the following categories of data as necessary for operation:

• Technician account identifiers and role assignments
• Device identifiers (IMEI, serial number) during diagnostic sessions
• Timestamped operational logs linked to technician credentials
• Diagnostic results stored in the enterprise partner's account

ElectroRenew does not process consumer personal data, payment card information, or advertising-related data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Electro Renew SAS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
• Data loss beyond what is covered under the enterprise service agreement
• Hardware damage resulting from misuse of diagnostic workflows outside approved procedures
• Interruptions in service due to force majeure or third-party infrastructure failures

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the enterprise partner in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Electro Renew SAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate enterprise access immediately in the event of:

• Material breach of these Terms or the enterprise agreement
• Unauthorized use, sharing of credentials, or security violations
• Use of the platform for purposes outside the authorized scope

Upon termination, all access credentials are revoked and the enterprise partner must cease all use of the platform. Data retention terms are governed by the enterprise agreement.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise specified in the enterprise agreement.

For EU enterprise partners, mandatory consumer protection laws of the partner's country of establishment may also apply where required by applicable regulation.

11. Changes to These Terms

Electro Renew SAS may update these Terms periodically. Enterprise partners will be notified of material changes via the contact email associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
