ElectroRenew is an internal enterprise software platform for authorized mobile device technicians. It is not a consumer product and is not available for public use.
Platform access is restricted to authorized enterprise partners operating under a signed agreement with Electro Renew SAS. Distribution channels include Apple Business Manager, enterprise MDM systems, and private partner agreements.
Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to access the platform without valid enterprise authorization may constitute a criminal offense under French law (Articles 323-1 et seq. of the Penal Code — unauthorized access to automated data processing systems).
All elements of the ElectroRenew platform — including but not limited to software, interfaces, algorithms, graphics, documentation, trade names, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Electro Renew SAS and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.
No reproduction, distribution, modification, or representation of any content from this platform is authorized without the prior written consent of Electro Renew SAS.
The ElectroRenew name and logo are the exclusive property of Electro Renew SAS. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

The platform is designed exclusively for professional use by trained, certified technicians. Electro Renew SAS disclaims any liability for damages arising from unauthorized or improper use of the platform.
This Legal Notice and all matters relating to the ElectroRenew platform are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise stipulated in the applicable enterprise agreement.
