Is it really free?
Yes. Flashing is free — one iPhone or up to 16 at once — and so are the on-screen diagnostic, Deep Check, the IC Tester and the Android tools. A credit is spent only when you save a report.
Why do I need to register?
An account ties your credits to you and lets us send you the signed download. Registration needs an email address only — no card.
Where does the firmware come from?
Straight from Apple's servers. The tool downloads the IPSW from Apple and checks it before flashing; we never host or modify firmware.
Does it work offline?
No. Flashing an iPhone always needs an internet connection, because Apple verifies every restore against its servers before it can proceed.
What do credits buy?
Saving a report costs one credit, and that one credit includes everything that comes with it: the certificate with its verification code, the printable label, and the report in your dashboard to export or share. Flashing and diagnostics are free.
Do credits expire?
Credit packs are bought once and added to your balance. Contact us if you need this confirmed in writing for a purchase order.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 (64-bit, version 1607 or later) and Windows 11.
Is the software signed?
Yes. Every release is digitally signed by ELECTRO RENEW SAS through Microsoft Trusted Signing, so Windows can show you a verified publisher before you install.
